As the benchmark project of the "Tianjin Polar Ocean World Quality Improvement Project," the completion of the theater marked the completion of the first phase of the quality improvement project. The entire dome theater will also operate as a city-level meeting place in Qingdao, hosting various salons, banquets, and other events.
